Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms apply when you buy goods from the Two Skint Bikers online shop at twoskintbikers.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order. They explain who we are, how orders work, delivery, cancellations, returns and your legal rights.
1. Who we are
The seller is Neil Blakeman, trading as Two Skint Bikers.
Our geographic trading and returns address is: 35 The Crescent, Stockport, SK3 8SL, United Kingdom.
Email: admin@twoskintbikers.co.uk
Two Skint Bikers is the business responsible for your order and customer service, even where an item is printed, packed or dispatched by one of our fulfilment partners.
2. These terms and your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or removes any rights you have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If any part of these terms conflicts with a right that the law says cannot be excluded, your legal right takes priority.
3. Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in colour, placement, finish or size may occur in printed and made-to-order products. Size guides and care instructions form part of the product information, so please check them before ordering.
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal purpose and match their description.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any optional extras are shown before you place the order.
Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Your order will not be processed until payment has been authorised.
If we discover an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you before accepting the order. You can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Placing an order and forming the contract
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your basket under these terms. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted for production or dispatched, whichever happens first. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, an item is unavailable, there is a clear pricing error, delivery is not possible, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.
6. Made-to-order fulfilment
Some products are made or printed after you order and may be fulfilled by third-party production partners, including Printful or Inkthreadable. Those partners act for us in producing and dispatching the goods. Your contract remains with Two Skint Bikers, and you should contact us—not the fulfilment partner—if anything goes wrong.
The fact that a standard item is made or printed after ordering does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights. The exception for personalised or custom-made goods applies only where an item is made to your individual specification or clearly personalised.
7. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement. You may choose an agreed alternative or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
8. Delivery
Available delivery options, charges and estimated times are displayed at checkout. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date with you.
We will deliver without undue delay and, unless another period is agreed, within 30 days after the contract is made. If a legally important delivery deadline is missed, or we fail to deliver within a reasonable further period you give us, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you spot an error. We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them.
9. Optional Route Shipping Protection
Route Shipping Protection is an optional paid service for eligible orders. It must be actively selected at checkout and can be removed before payment. If selected, its price is shown separately and Route’s terms and claim process also apply.
Route protection is additional to your legal rights. It does not replace or reduce Two Skint Bikers’ responsibility for the goods or your rights where goods are missing, damaged, faulty or not as described. You can contact us at any time for help with an order.
10. Cancelling an online order
For most goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time you place the order until 14 days after the goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient. If an order contains goods delivered on different days, the period normally runs from delivery of the last item.
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing admin@twoskintbikers.co.uk or using the model cancellation form in our Refund and Returns Policy. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Cancellation rights do not normally apply to genuinely personalised or custom-made goods, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
11. Returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to cancel, where to send an authorised return, return costs, faulty-item claims and refund timing. It forms part of these terms.
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may reduce the refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop. Unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
Do not send goods directly to Printful, Inkthreadable or Route. Contact us first so we can give you the correct return instructions.
12. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods
Please contact us promptly with your order number and, where helpful, clear photographs. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We pay reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
These rights are separate from any Route Shipping Protection claim and from any manufacturer or fulfilment-partner process.
13. Your use of the website
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, place fraudulent orders or use our content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
Unless stated otherwise, the Two Skint Bikers name, branding, artwork, photographs, written content and website design are owned by us or used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.
14. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
15. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible, take steps to reduce the effect of the delay and tell you about your options. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to delayed delivery, remain unaffected.
16. Personal information
We use personal information to process orders, provide customer service and operate the website as explained in our Privacy Policy. Payment and fulfilment providers process relevant information under their own privacy terms.
17. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email admin@twoskintbikers.co.uk with your name, order number and a description of the problem. We will try to resolve it fairly and promptly.
18. Changes to these terms
The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders to reflect changes to the shop, our suppliers or the law. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
